mental health resources for AFRICAN-AMERICANS

Social media is becoming increasingly relevant and important to the Black Lives Matter movement, and that means exposure to a lot of graphic content and very, very intense themes. Black youth are dealing with racially-based problems no ADULT should have to deal with, and I can only imagine how heavy the weight of that reality is, and how paralyzing the fear. The environment online and outside is (justly) fervent, and that can be mentally exhausting and destructive after a while. It's okay to seek out support, and so I am linking resources below for those who feel they could use some right now.
